Your article, “It’s all systems go for bigger Bangus Festival” and chaired by no other than Vice Mayor Belen Fernandez almost resembles college spring break hoopla in the US sans wet t-shirt contest and more. The beer drinking contest I hope is open to all citizens of the world, i.e. US, Germans, Poles, etc.
