Please follow up the case of Agnes Raguinan, OIC Principal of Manaoag NHS.

As of January 2008 Supreme Court denied her petition to reverse the CSC resolution. She is supposed to be kicked out from the service but for unknown reasons the Pangasinan II Superintendent and officials in the DEPED have not yet implemented the dismissal of Raguinan.
