A spin doctor’s strategy in argumentation is, indeed, like a broken long playing record like the pronouncements of GMA-”I will stop corruption” over and over for over seven years.
Another recent survey says the Philippines retained its position as the number one followed by Thailand, Indonesia, and China.
Of course China will extend loans to the Philippines because according to Miriam (one of the attack dogs of GMA), China invented corruption. But Japan recently put on hold $1.68 BILLION loan until reforms are made.
I believe a spin doctor’s services are needed here. Ipakita niya ang kanyang kakayahan sa pagbilog ang ulo ng mga nagbibigay ng loans and grants.
