Mr. Carrera, why not ask Palafox Associates and the government of Alaminos personally. That will also give you a chance to discuss with them your recommendations and the opportunity to give your engineering inputs to their airport and ferry boat projects.
With your extensive knowledge and experiences that you have shown us, you might also be able to help the Philippine Coast Guard in Alaminos especially your precise calculations of ferry boat travel time that you are telling us. You sound competent that you are holding the solutions that are not outlandish like your Glass-Bottom-Boat recommendation in place of the underwater bridge.
You will be giving them and our province a great service, if you can share with them your world class engineering prowess that you have shown us here at Punch Forum.
