Mr. Ceralde, this organization must be the new mistake of the art keystone cops on the block. The sleuths who came up with the incredible tale were the same ones who blasted their way into the Peninsula Hotel?
The organization with phalanxes of multi-star generals in my mind, is Filipino’s heavy cross on their shoulders after an equally corrupt Garci’s phone mate.
The mediocrity and at times overzealous rank and file members jumping the gun to please the hierarchy instead of assisting citizens paying their wages is appalling.
It is not far fetched one of these days, security forces will impose upon those entering the malls to submit stool specimen. No stool specimen, No entry!
What would be the spokesperson justification? It is for the prevention of another Krakatoa blasting away as you roll the paper prelude to the amazing flush!
