Need enlightenment from Ms. Arenas

Questions over authenticity of Ms. Arenas post graduate studies seemed to have opened a can of worms.

It reminded me of someone trumpeting completing a degree at U.C. Berkeley only to end up raising more questions? His name failed to appear on the prestigious institution alumni roster? He must be related to another who kept fancying history for seating next to Bill Clinton at Georgetown University.

Receiving my diploma from Batungbakal Railroad Elementary School, I can only express admiration for Ms. Arenas and other’s ability to endure great difficulties in pursuing higher education in the U.S. and elsewhere.

In view of officials continuing failures in conducting themselves during proper discourse on public service, citizens should start asking themselves some serious questions.

Are we better off with persons offering themselves as paragon of intellectual richness, or should we select individuals armed with natural flair for probity, integrity and decency?

If Ms. Arenas is no longer interested in further discussion of her curriculum vitae, her kabaleyans will settle for a simple enlightenment about her recent trip to EU together with a delegation of congressional members.
