How people are helping today

At last, somebody had said it in the forum, “A prosperous country is built by the contributions of its people.” Is our beloved country prosperous? Why and why not? What have we contributed so far in the building of our beloved country? Are we contributing for its construction or destruction?

For sure, different people have contributed differently. Those who devotedly watched the happenings had certainly noticed that there are those who contributed solutions to the problems plaguing the country and there are those who became part of the problems instead.

There are those who are joining protest rallies but totally have no idea what they are fighting for. Mayroong sigaw ng sigaw pero di naman alam kung iyong isinisigaw nila ay nakakabuti sa bansa at mamamayan.

In contrast, there are those who are just silently doing what they think is right and fighting against the evil in their own simple ways.

There are those who are doing something good but they are the one being demolished or destroyed.

There are those who feel strongly that they are telling the truth but in reality, they are good only in calling names, making malicious allegations without solid proof, misleading other people by giving twisted opinions or twisting the opinions of others and/or putting down and shaming the whole country and its people by shouting to the world critically destructive surveys. They conveniently ignored the fact that it is unfair to the majority of people who are law-abiding citizens.

There are those who said, “We must change and/or improve the system.” Why are we not doing it then?

There are those who said, “There is nothing wrong with the system.” Why are we complaining then when everything remains the same or getting worse?

There are those who said, “It is not the system. The problem is the people.” Why don’t we change the people then? We can start in our own self by doing more good than harm rather than doing more harm than good, di ba?

Just a reminder for those who are doing nothing. Albert Einstein said, “The world is a dangerous place to live, not because of the people who are evil, but because of the people who don’t do anything about it.”
