The Dagupan City Gov’t and the Binloc Brgy Cpt Ronaldo Torio have all the right to demolish illegally owned structures fronting the inalienable shorelines of Bonoan Binloc that rightly belonged to the people of Dagupan.
Allowing these properties to be fenced and gated deprived tourists and visiting residents from nearby towns and cities to access and enjoy the pristine beauty of Binloc beach.
The Dagupan City taskforce for housing and relocation should map out a community planning that provide buffer zones for free access to Binloc beach, area for bathers and picnickers or local fishermen to dock their bancas.
Rich and powerful politicians have no right to trample the rights of the people to enjoy the beauty of nature and serene beaches.
