THREE AIRPORTS WITH NO PLANES. That is what will happen. I was discussing with someone here in Guam that the tourist traffic here on this small island was 1.2 million last year with one airport, while the Philippines with so many airports and so many islands only had 3.0 million last year.

When I said that three politicians were proposing three airports in Pangasinan, he said that the three politicians proposing three airports got good brains and further said that it is the truth.

When I asked why, his response was that they are good planners-they know how to fill up their pockets.
