For once I find myself agreeing with Mr. Pontaoe.

As a Northern Californian I can not think of one thing Maxine Waters has done that has benefited anyone outside of her district. The eighty percent votes she receive are from a district populated with drug dealers, addicts and most on public welfare programs. She doesn’t give a damn about the Philippines or Filipinos.

The U.S. has many uneducated voters and Ms. Waters and “my” representative Pete Stark, who mirrors Ms. Waters in philosophy, is proof of that.
