Only two are trustworthy

Mr. John Bolinas:
What kind of issue you’re interested in? Corruption? Everybody knows Filipino politicians are the most contemptuous practitioners of this art.
We can’t make radical change – a surgical option if you will – but keep them on their toes every now and then.
And the only way these rats understand, are the venomous words you could throw at them.
Henry Wadsworth Longfellow paraphrased it so ingeniously when he said, “The Right shall fail; the Wrong prevail.”
Only in the Philippines, of course.
FYI . . . there are only two people, I am aware of, in Arroyo’s service whom you can trust with your life . . . have them carry money to the bank . . . leave your girlfriend alone with them. Rare gems in exceptionality.
