Not my business

Mr. Raffy Oriel:
. . . . A man is known by the company he keeps. . . Anonymous
I would mind less, to say the least, what you got in your wallet. I do mind what’s inside your head. It’s not my business the affairs of Canada, the affairs of the OFW (Over Fatigue Workers) and FBP (For Bankrupt Philippines) in showering charity to those in need.
Clout ‘em . . .
This leukemic boy Stanly from the Visayas, a lucky kid among thousands like him who craved help, is he a relative of one of these OFW heavy hitters like the likes of; Dan Manalo, Ben Kabigting, Joey Araojo, Minh Apil, Tessie Datu, Sherwin Dapiton, Jigs Balane?
Nobody without substantial influence could force a P5000.00 pesos monthly gratuity to this child coming from benefactors, who appeared to have bottomless pockets deeper than the Arabian Sea or the Persian Gulf.
The presumptuous . . . .
At $300.00 dollars a month standard they earned under the hellish heat, the brain is totally fried dumping such amounts like camel dung.
The nerve . . . .
At one time Jigs Balane talked like a drunk, that this FBP should be called FBE (For Better Entertainment) for a change on some parties they had ogling girls right and left. Seems this adventure in the desert is not only for earning a living, but hunting grounds for predators . . . . those who are amorously possessed.
The repentance . . .
Checking the FBP ledger some trepidation is noticeable in your enthusiasm to contribute. Took you time to remit a petty amount of P4140.00 pesos. Seemed you’re coerced, forced by forces beyond your control.
Unfortunately for you, nobody in Pangasinan or this Forum have the courage to join you in your Quixotic quest for excellence. Reality, Mr. Oriel, reality.
