You got gall, I tell you that. You are asking us to call, write our congressmen and senators to do what?

Lobby for the passage of the Jubilee Act for Expanded Debt Cancellation and Responsible Lending, otherwise known as the H.R. 2634 introduced in the House by Rep. Maxine Waters of California on June 7, 2007. To this day, Waters never addressed it on the floor.

This act, should it passes, is to provide for greater responsibility in lending and expanded cancellation of debts owed to the U.S. and the international financial institutions by low-income countries, and for other purposes.

Which means, loans owed by eligible low-income countries not loans owed by the not-so-low-income countries: of notoriously corrupted countries like the Philippines.

What are you thinking, junior? You think . . . we Filipinos in America are the Pinoys like you . . . uneducated, corrupt and were born yesterday? Look what you are doing. Trying to tell us, Americans, that we will go along with your scheme on our expense, our tax dollars to subsidize a rotten Philippines. You’re absolutely . . . NUTS.

I think, I know where you’re coming from, on your extreme interest in the cancellation of debts. Remember Landoil Resources Corporation? This was the company owned by JDV Sr. who defaulted on a $120M loan extended by the Philippine Export Guarantee, that was organized during Marcos whom JDV Sr. was one of his lackeys.

As of 1985, the loan went skyrocketing to $200M and still being serviced by the government. This loan taken by your father to finance projects in Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Libya and North Africa, but went up in smoke prompting the PEG to assume the loan. It was a sham! Nice try, in trying to wipe this loan clean.

Maxine Waters is one of the most corrupt members of the US House of Reps. To her fellow members everything she says, is uncivilized. She belongs to a cabal of the ultra left and her notion of giving America away. It could probably pass the House, if it wouldn’t die in committee, but in the Senate dead on arrival.
