First, legislators should pass a law if they haven’t done so to address a few elements like infrastructure, economic development, security, and land use.

Mr. Ferrer, head of the Provincial Employment Service Office could easily see what attracts not only investors, businessmen, and tourist alike without even batting an eyelid by taking a tour of the former US bases at nearby provinces and start his homework from there.

When considering an investment, savvy investors carefully screen the technical and business merits of the proposed location in long term and short term basis.

It is with delight to see an official trying his best to bringing progress to the province of Pangasinan.
