Baraan (which means alibi in Pangasinan) said that Gov. Spin went to USA to inform Pangasinenses of the “good developments” and to “invite retirees to invest their money on projects that can create jobs for unemployed Pangasinenses.”

The words of Baraan or SPIN about good developments when there is no ACTION on solid waste disposal and the control of or dismantling of illegal fishpens is BS.

If Baraan and Spin think that the retirees are STUPID to INVEST just to “create jobs for the unemployed Pangasinenses” without knowing what kind of business to invest in and what if there is any return on their investment, then I believe that the trip is just “BARAAN” for their junket.

Do it better next time, Baraan, don’t just use BARAAN.
