I am all for progress but until we have someone who can plan a complete layout of our city, it is foolish to keep on building.

We have multimillion buildings already standing and constructed in places that fire trucks could not even reach because the roads are so narrow. I heard of stories of cadavers being removed from coffins because the poor fellows living just a few feet from the road only have a footway to walk on that even the size of a coffin could not get through.

With no clear city planning for roads, how do we even undertake projects you envision?

I could not even see a clear path to the waves of the sea that I used to enjoy during my childhood. It is now full of sheds and houses and they call it a national park and the site of the city jail.
