Kudos to the two legal luminaries RTC Judge Rolando Mislang and RTC Judge Ulysses Butuyan,  of Branches 42 and 52 respectively. You’re the best of the rest. May your tribe increase.

RTC Judge Mislang proactive stance to clip the red tape that delayed the controversial commercial/tourism project by MetroState in the city of Dagupan is highly commendable.

BOT projects are not cheap. Progressive countries even gave tax incentives to developers. The requirement of a building permit is just a nuisance clouded with political undertones.

Completion of this project brings financial windfall to the city. It creates jobs and opportunities. It improves the skyline and the investment climate of the city.

Equally cited for a job well done is RTC Judge Ulysses Butuyan. Judge Butuyan is compassionate to help poor litigants by applying a solidary bail bond lumped for more than one accused to save cost in court proceedings. His innovativeness and pioneering spirit are unparalleled in the court of law.

Take note that Engr Rosario of the City Engineer’s Office is a tool of bad politics who are enemies of prosperity and development.
