The word “New hanging bridge” has a connotation attached to it Mr. Fabella.

As much as we adore and love our kabaleyans the local politicians have sinister things in mind. But as long as the politician’s constituents are happy hoodwinked let them be.

Board certified Pinoy engrs. are well qualified to design structural infrastructures but cannot reach their potentials as innovators and contributors to the community because of medieval thinking in some part of our society. e.g., Individuals who are dreamers and have great ideas will be branded bizzare. So what you see is what you get until we as a group of people change our overall way of thinking and living. Thank heavens I live in a free thinking and modern environment.
