Mr. Eduardo Pontaoe,

Do you know how this UN trusted territories like Guam, and the Commonwealth of the Marianas or even the ones in the Caribbean are accorded Olympic invitations?

I do not know how they get in the games but I read about these places representing their own against the US and the rest of world mostly during the qualifying rounds. We read about Puerto Rico a lot competing against the US in the qualifying basketball games but PR is not a country.

Any insight, please?
