Modern Atlantis is nothing but a dream

Palofox Associates’ Credentials:
Mr. Oriel thinks that the credentials of Palafox Associates qualifies them to “plan and design world-class and state of the art pacesetters” based on his reading of their website.
Mr. Oriel’s belief is that he has the education, technical knowledge and experience to evaluate the professional qualifications of Palafox Asoociates to plan and design the “maze of bridges that are transparent and suspended beneath the water’s surface though which a tourist can walk” which he calls the MODERN ATLANTIS. As James Bond will usually tell Q- You must be joking.
I checked the credentials of Palafox Associates and the only two projects that are very remotely related to the so-called MODERN ATLANTIS project are the Pasig River Redevelopment which is also a big DREAM, and a marina in Durrat Al-Khobar.
How can one call a plan “professionally prepared” when it lacks the various studies to evaluate its technical, environmental and economic feasibility? And they did finish the plan in such a short period of time (May 2006 to October 2006)? That is impossible and only a world-class dreamer displaying his ignorance will say that.
If Mr. Oriel is so confident of this modern ATLANTIS project, why doesn’t he invest in it like he did with the CROCUS FUND.
I also invite him to show a similar project like this anywhere in the world. Most of these grandiose dreams such as the Oceania-The Atlantis Project never materialized. The Marineland Big Aquarium is costing $144 million to be opened in 2008 and it is only an aquarium, not maze of bridges.
My only advise to the readers is not to be convinced by people pretending to know everything including those outside their expertise.
