Mr. Ceralde, if you note closely my recent posts, most of them are in response to specific post and specific poster. It can also serve as an indirect response to other related posts.

I agree with you, I was not able to respond to all of them especially those that I feel are not worth responding but that does not mean that I missed their point.

I am sure we are all talking about the same Alaminos Airport, is it not? It is as simple as that and nothing hard about it. Why make it so hard?

In response to what you are asking me before with regards to the Alaminos 20-year Master Plan that was unveiled last Oct. 2006, like I said in my post, I learned it through the news media which means that I did not attend the premier showing. I wish I had attended it.

It is nice to have a better idea about upcoming projects and viable investment opportunities in our province and/or in our country so that we will know exactly what to say in order to help in encouraging potential local and foreign investors.

I had seen the unveiling of some big projects before and I had seen also how they are presented to local and international or foreign investors.

In fact, I personally know what you are talking about when you said in your previous post, “Check out our kabaleyan, Milpitas California Mayor Esteves getting the spill from Michael Gaviola on his patriot plan.”

Mr. Gaviola’s group is presenting some big real estate projects or developments in the Philippines to lots of potential local and international or foreign investors all over US and in the Philippines especially to those who are planning to retire in the country.

Of course, it is easier to market any of the projects if potential investors have easy access to the details of the said planned projects. It is even better if they can visit the sites of developments and see personally the works in progress if there are any.

If I am not mistaken, I guess Mike is also a Kabaleyan and the City of Milpitas is a sister city of Dagupan.
