Peace pact, smoking ban and death penalty

Anti-smoking advocates await the imposition of the smoking ban. How would these advocates react if a smoking national leader of Duterte’s proclivities mandates that all non-smokers must smoke? Many non-smokers have died early. Many old folks who have been smoking like chimneys all their lives are now 90 or older. The Constitution guarantees the free exercise and enjoyment of human rights and liberties in ways that do not infringe on the rights and liberties of others. One of them is the pursuit of happiness, such as the pleasure enjoyed by smokers. But we can all agree to abandon smoking and other human pleasures once corruption in government stops, unless the grafters consider corruption as a legitimate pursuit of their happiness.
