24/7 anti-drug operations

BEBOT-VILLAR

By Bebot Villar

LET there be no mistake about it but our province’s campaign against illegal drugs and trafficking is, indeed, serious! Even during official and legal holiday, the anti-drug operations of our law enforcers continue without letup.  Congratulations!

The simultaneous operation of “Oplan Huli Day and Arrest Day” in the province led to the arrest of 51 drug personalities in Dasol, Bautista, Rosales, Mangaldan, Sison, Asingan and Mangatarem.

Unlicensed firearms were also confiscated in the towns of Urbiztondo, Aguilar, Dasol, Anda, San Nicolas, Rosales, Binmaley, Pozorrubio, Urdaneta City, Mangatarem, Infanta, Bautista, Sual, Sison, Sta. Maria, San Manuel, Bugallon, Asingan and Dagupan City.

That’s how extensive the criminal network has become. We hope our mayors in these towns will initiate measures to help contain the drug problems in their respective places.

Or ask for the assistance of our most loved barangay captain in Urdaneta Cty, Kapitan. Arsenio L. Elegado, Sr. I am sure Chairman Elegado will be happy to share his experience in exercising his right of citizen’s arrest against the drug pushers in his barangay.

Paging OIC PD Sr. Supt. Saltat… Can we have an update on the unsolved killings in the province? How many cases have been resolved and how many remain unresolved since you assumed the post as OIC PD?? Marami kasi ang nagtatanong.

Illegal drugs and trafficking are another issues. That’s why we understand why there are people asking about it.

I am sharing below some pertinent facts about the current market prices of major dangerous drugs last October 2015:

The price of shabu ranges from P1,400.00 to P9,000.00 per gram while marijuana is valued at P18.00 to P300.00 per gram. Price of ecstasy ranges from P1,200.00 to P3,000.00 per tablet and price of cocaine ranges from P5,000.00 to P7,000.00 per gram.

My family and I will always be grateful to our community in Sto. Tomas who chose to live peacefully by rejecting all forms of illegal drug activity all these years. Nakakatuwa dahil through the years, they continue to show their love, trust and respect for our family by supporting our candidates keeping them unopposed!

And this is what I want our councilors who are also on their 3rd term come next elections to remember.

I continue to hope that they will seek to serve even our communities better nang sa ganun ay hindi naman masayang ang aming magandang nasimulan.

Although PDEA certified that Sto. They can confirm this by consulting their constituents.

Being unopposed is too much of a blessing already! I hope they realize it doesn’t happen to everyone and it only happens for a reason. Continue to be worthy of people’s trust by providing the best of themselves to help our town become more progressive.

Sana ipagpatuloy nila ang kanilang their cooperation with the incumbent mayor, my nephew, Mayor Dick Villar, who is on his second term and is also unopposed. Continue to work as a team for a more progressive Sto. Tomas!
