Waste of time and effort

FOUR administrative cases. Four times they hoped that Urbiztondo Mayor Ernesto Balolong will finally be suspended while the case is being heard.
Ang kakapal nila. Masyado na silang peste sa buhay ni mayor at sa taong-bayan who voted for him. Four times na itong mga panggugulo nila sa administrasyon ni mayor in a year.
Their motive is very obvious, maliwanag pa sa sikat ng araw, no matter how hard they deny it – it is to oust Balolong. Why don’t they not simply ask for his removal from office, not just mere suspension? Minsanan at biglaan na lang instead of their “killing me softly” approach.
Ipa-recall nyo na lang kaya? Kaya lang the Commission on Elections already announced it cannot hold any recall proceeding because it has no line-item budget for it. Yan ang nangyari sa recall petition signed by 44,000 voters against the mayor of Puerto Princesa, Palawan.
In all the four cases vs. Balolong, it is the people that are made to suffer since is they who are deprived of the services they deserve! Every time a case if filed, kasunod nyan ay preventive suspension ng let’s say 60 days, tapos i-a-appeal naturalmente ni mayor sa Malacaňang. (The Office of the President is obviously on the side of the mayor by lifting the suspension order consistently). Paulit-ulit lang kaya na-co-confuse na ang mga tao kung sino na ang naka-upong mayor. Paulit-ulit magyabang ang kalaban, paulit-ulit ding ma-vi-vindicate si mayor. Ano yan?
Without a doubt, ma-pera yong nasa likod ng kaguluhang yan. Easy money ang kanilang pinapagalaw kaya madali lang nilang bitawan. But what a waste of resources, time and effort.
Bata pa naman yong mga financiers at mastermind ng filing of admin cases against Balolong and I’m sure you know them. They are men-in-a-hurry to take over the government and can’t wait for 2016 election. My unsolicited advice to them: Maghintay lang kayo ng tamang panahon. Two years to go lang naman ah, not a long wait. Kaya lang, what remains to be seen is whether you will succeed in 2016 dahil after the mayor shall have finished his term, I’m sure may susunod sa yapak niya na ka-pamilya niya.
They are lucky kasi hindi naghahanap ng gulo si mayor. While his lawyers are already itching to file cases against his accusers for their baseless accusations, peace pa rin ang nananatiling nasa isip niya. Talagang masuwerte pa sila.
What I find very unusual in the filed complaint tungkol sa bank loan is the filing of the case only against the mayor, samantalang the resolution authorizing him to negotiate with the bank to avail the town of a loan was signed by all the councilors. If they found it anomalous, bakit siya lang?
In the complained non-payment ng GSIS, PhilHealth at PAG-IBIG monthly premiums, isn’t such payments are the responsibility of the municipal treasurer? His accuser was the former town treasurer whose duty was to handle the finances at payables at ang trabaho lang ng mayor ay to sign vouchers for payment of obligations of the government?

Parehong nakatakas sa kanilang lock up cell. Muntik nang mabukulan ang kapulisan diyan bagamat dapat sana ay papurihan sila.
Why not teach them a lesson they won’t forget, ha chief? Mga salot sa lipunan ang katulad nila!
