Ferdinand Marcos looks like an angel

WE extend our condolence and sympathy to the family of Congresswoman Gina de Venecia on the death of her 96-year old mother, Mrs. Azucena Vera Perez, founder of the Sampaguita Pictures.

Ditto to Kuya Joe, former Speaker.

Pero sa totoo po lang, we say helleluja when we hear about the passing of a loved one especially when she is 96!

Halleluja, may she rest in peace!

We predict 2016 will test our people’s strength and the manner they’d appreciate the muddy issues we are getting nauseated with these days.

These scandals on PDAF, DAP, the Malampaya, and the many “lists” – imagined or not – would surely tell on the future candidates for this and that position.  For sure, they will be affected. Let’s find out how, but for sure, some will be crushed to oblivion.

Our young are not sleeping, neither are they timid; they could see thru the cover-ups. They are scrutinizing the issues and the so-called leaders and making their opinions. They already have an idea on who are guilty and who are not.

What? Guilty lahat?

Problema na nila yon! But what we are saying is there’s an ongoingrigid evaluation by our intelligent and critical young on the issues around them.  To be sure, they now have an idea what kind of leader we Filipinos should have in the near future.

There are names they are now playing with — Grace Poe, Manny V. Panglinan, Kiko Pangilinan, Ping Lacson, and oh yes, Bam Aquino. They are pinning their hope on the untainted. Yong walang bahid.

While this developed, there are many of our countrymen who find the late former President Marcos, the dictator and strong man an angel, or a hero.

We tend to agree. Putting him side by side with the present variety would make us conclude that Marcos would be much cleaner, sweeter, and much less corrupt.

Marami na tayong nakausap like Kuya Vic Millora, former Pangasinan governor and assemblyman. He says “history will vindicate Marcos.”

Itong nakawan na biglang naglantaran, kung tayo po ang  tatanungin, yang mga dating daan, tuwid na daan and  isang daan, ay naku, ang masasabi natin diyan, is this  our kind of politics now, isang libong daan ang  matibay diyan,  that’s what’s going on in the PDAF, di ba?

In the long past, do you recall what then Vice President Pelaez told a general when he was ambushed?  “What’s happening to our country, general?”

What Pelaez said has gone back, with greater venom. Mas dumami ang mga loco.

Kawawa talaga ang Pinoy?

Let’s hope and pray that the good men – and we know deep in our hearts that we still have more good than bad men – would soon come forward and overwhelm the bad.

Paano ba naman kung matatalo ang good parang di tama, parang walang justice parang , magugunaw ang mundo, and we leave at that.

God forbid!

We still believe in the power of God and the good. Maasahan nyo yan. As to what form or look, we can’t tell exactly, but that, in our heart of hearts, will happen in this sad and suffering country… because we have loving and living God.

In the local scene, we heard City Agriculturist Emma Molina has given assurance that only ten fishpens have remained.

Hundreds have been dismantled. Totoo na ba yan, Emma?

We hope your report is true unlike what we are getting from the senators… hmm except for Senator Ping Lacson, who, on record, did not really get his PDAF.

Pwedeng mag presidente!

Our beloved Mayora Belen Fernandez, reports say, has acquired powerful and modern dredging machines to deepen our rivers and radically improve and upgrade our marine industry.

Talagang tutok si mayora sa river systems, kasi bangus country tayo e. Multi milyon  ang kayamanan yan, kung tutuusin. Tayong mga Daguenos, let’s put our best foot forward on bangus, ok?

The whole world expects so much from us on bangus, but we have some locals who are screwing our marine industry.

Araya so dapat ikalot ya  lalasi!

Saboteurs!
