Sino ka ba? Basura ako!
By Gonzalo Duque
OUR last column was manlaldis!
Agaylay karakel na reaksyon. They were all (we are not exaggerating) saying “ayos!” regarding our assessment of the political leadership in Dagupan City.
Angapoy matam? Angapoy pansigob mo? Wala ka bang delikadesa?
Last Wednesday, Vice mayor Belen Fernandez was the guest of Media in Action.
Lilikasen ng kolumistang makter ya lingkor, inaro na marakel si Belen.
She is forthright, lahat (o ilagay ng ang karamihan) ng sinasabi ay pawang totoo.
But, sorry to her, we said our plan to sue the city government on the garbage issue includes her Sanggunian down to the last barangay captain! Mantalaran kayo labat na daiset. Titibokelen min maong nen abogado. Ipadiario me met et Manila so that the whole world will know that Bangus City stinks!
That will be the time they will come to know about the failed AWAI landfill project. Do not forget that the city government paid P16 million for the acquisition of that San Jacinto piece of property. Singa naglahong parang bola! This is anti graft case, pare!
Every time we think about the many suffocating issues facing the city like that lamented Tsunami Hill in Barangay Pugaro, we feel like throwing up.
Ni nengneng yo a, they awarded the Tsunami Hill project to the tune of P14 million without the benefit of public bidding Ay andi manaya, kokonstraken dala may hill. It has been awarded without public bidding, without any authority from the SP, katon manhihimutok si Belen. Aysus, baleg a kaso lamet. Kaskasian lay baley!
Karakel lay babayaran tayo, super milyones, angapoy pinabang na ciudad. Pati amay Malimgas Market, how much are we paying for that P520 million loan? Nitan ka lamet so Lying-in Hospital ya kuan… is it P40 million?
Masiadoy pangdayew dad mayor… marketing genius kuno, lupok balet ed legal ya proceso! Pati aray madereen ya konsehales impahamak to ira. You know what we are talking about ara may naoringay gamet da na Pl.5 million bribe money to give the mayor the power to sell MC Adore property and an affiliate property in Calasiao.
Makapabaing! Walay amigo tayo ya nambenben met na betang ed ciudad agaylay impantami to ed duaran kakaanaken ton peles ya konsehales, ta kinetket day insobo ed si sikara incentive candy. Alowan tua? Sileng yo pa rad kamataan da no ag ira onkirep?
There’s a random survey on the Dagupan public’s reaction to that P1.5million “incentive.” Result: eight out of ten respondents are well informed about the MC Adore sale. Voters will boot them out of office.
Singa Corona case ya. The perception led to his conviction!
Now this is a “palaisipan” (a riddle).
Benjie says if the Awai project was not shut down by politics, it should have been operational now.
And he also was heard saying all LGUs – except Urdaneta – are violating the ECC of the DENR! So it is all right for Dagupan to be a violator too. Distorted logic!
The question over Awai is, who pocketed the P16 million the city government paid for the lot in San Jacinto?
That’s why Benjie, regarding your foul question “Sino ka ba?”
Our answer, “basura ako!”
We hope you know what we mean.
