Mayor Cerezo has political will
By Gonzalo Duque
THE public is applauding the impressive first act of greenhorn Mayor Enzo Cerezo in dismantling the illegal fishpens in Binmaley town.
Bravo, senior Enzo, your act shows decisiveness and political will.
Mukhang luma ang paborito kong Mayor Lim a.
Mayor Enzo by the simple stroke of the pen has suddenly looked pogi in the eyes of Binmaleyanians who thought Enzo’s predecessor; Sammy Rosario was the best yet they could have.
Well, Enzo is also super. He may yet turn out to be better, who knows?
You see, this illegal fishpens problem has become a hot issue because it has spawned fish kill due to their unchecked proliferation. Well, the fact is they are illegal and must be stopped.
In Dagupan, the burden of blame on the continued censure against city agriculturist Emma Molina has shifted to mayor Lim based on the principle of command responsibility.
When are you removing illegal fishpens in Dagupan, too, eh, Mayor Lim? Our friend Apring Dawana is scratching his head already. Maingongot la! Antotan met? Kuanto. Hay! Say balitak, makakapasnok ed Kapitan Jake Reyes na Barangay Tapuac over a barangay matter. He is asking if the barangay elections will push thru. Parang gusto niyang kumandidato against Reyes. Matindi ya Jake.
Almost 30 per cent of barangay’s families are Dawana’s kins. And he was a former Kapitan and ABC president at that! Manalwar ka, Kap. Jake!

We wish to thank all those who participated in the first leg of the PRISAA basketball games. All the college and university presidents showed their cooperation. Mabuhay kayo at tayong lahat! They have set down rules that those who will not comply would be given sanctions. But we are happy because everyone showed unity and a sense of belongingness. That anyway is the purpose of the games, sportsmanship. Mabuhay tayong lahat.
We have it on good authority that the barangay polls will proceed in accordance with law. Talagan manasibengbeng lay basingkawelan ed Tapuac! Apring vs Jake, matindi ya!
