In government, one also wonders why instead of encouraging more people to whet their interest in joining the public service through elections, the holders of power are using every known trick in the game to block those not in their camp?
It’s not only undemocratic but absurd!

The fiesta of political posters in Dagupan City shows that only re-electionist Al Fernandez is running for mayor.
Come-backing Mayor Benjie Lim is using an unorthodox strategy for not putting up any poster at all, two months before election.
We don’t know if his gimmick will work. People are asking, why is Benjie not showing up? By hiding, people are looking for him, Ok or not|?

Education front the Binalatongan Community College and the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila entered into a consortium for 2 courses- BEED with specialization in pre-school education and BS Computer studies major in Information Technology thru a special board meeting attended by PLM OIC Pres Atty. Rafaelito Garayblas, Justice Torres, Raul Goco, Dr. Virginia Santos, BCC represented by Dr. Catherine B. Velasco, and Atty. Teofilo Royulada.
