THE third stage of the 2011 Le Tour de Filipinas, to be hosted by the provincial government, is set on April 18 in Lingayen with more than 100 local and foreign cyclists participating in the country’s biggest cycling event. The participating cyclists will be arriving that day from Iba, Zambales.
