This misrepresentation of facts in comparison between Mayor B and the not-so-dead-yet The Benjie, is a harebrained approach to something of record.
THE MEMO OF AGREEMENT . . .
The dredger that was brought to Dagupan to dredge the Pantal River, to alleviate the incessant flooding, was not bought by the city, I repeat “was not bought by the city” unlike what the barely alive The Benjie did, but was delivered by the DPWH and the gasoline that goes with it supposedly, to which at this writing still floating in its mooring dead in the water.
THE KARMA . . .
When you do something bad in words or in deeds, it will come back to haunt you to bite your ass.
