“IMPEACHMENT COMPLAINT AGAINST BENIGNO SIMEON AQUINO III AS PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES”

………………

……………..

……………..

Contrary to his oath, Benigno Simeon Aquino III committed:

I.  CULPABLE VIOLATION OF THE CONSTITUTION

II.  BRIBERY

III.  GRAFT AND CORRUPTION

SUCH is a portion of a Complaint that is said to be making the rounds in the Country in the pursuit of signatories thereon by concerned Filipino citizens.  Irrespective of whether the said document were a reality or but a fantasy, whether its content and intent would be taken as but a wish or a dream, the Complaint clearly and emphatically forwards not only the frustration but also the conviction of those affixing their signature thereto – such as: 1.  That the president is perceived as but a standard politician whose options and actions are but self-serving.  2.  That the President is ultimately not as admired and honored as he thinks he is.  3.  That the President either does not know what “Matuwid na Daan” really means  or in fact exactly goes the opposite way.

It was not enough that the PDAF was declared unconstitutional by no less than the Supreme Court.  It is even more shameful that his own DAP invention was likewise proclaimed as against the Constitution by the Supreme Court with no less than 13 unanimous votes cast by the Justices, some of whom are even his own dear appointees.  There can be three defense recourses by the President together with his unconditionally trusted allies in the Executive Department.  1.  He was only after the welfare of the people – more of whom however even became poorer during his tenure of Office.  2.  He simply acted in good faith, giving “savings” away to his political allies – most of whom are hard to be proud of.  3.  He did not know what he was doing – bringing about the question of what then does he know.

One thing however appears certain for the peace of mind of the President and his close allies.  The Impeachment Complaint will not even reach the first base, so to speak.  It would be a miracle of first class if the  present Congress would even accept the Complaint – considering that most of its members are indebted to him.  And even if accepted by Congress, it would be another wonder of the world if the actual Senate would judge the Complaint in the affirmative – taking into account the same reason.

Conclusion:  Impeachment?  No way!
