THE Pangasinan Information Center (Infocen) of the Philippine Information Agency (PIA) has been named the Best Performing Infocen for Year 2010 in the Ilocos Region. The Pangasinan Infocen under Daniel Sagun bested the three other provinces in Region 1 in terms of print and broadcast production.
