An illegal structure is always illegal and would make not sense to apply legal remedies or palusots. Taking it simply if someone puts up an illegal Sari-Sari store in your property in Magaldan you would simply ask the illegal squatter to lease your land?
The store will surely employ at least two people would it not, so you would recommend it to let it stand as illegal ongoing business in your property?
I hope we have more new mindset for 2012.
