It’s fine to build enchanted kingdom. In fact we read posting here of airport constructions, ferry boats, aquarium tubes in the sea, raising roads with no drains and comments on where is the plan?
Of course there is a plan on the allocation of the funds. Let them get their funds allocated but be kind enough to build the kids toxic waste dispensers (toilets) the PNP dreaded so much it is in their most dangerous list. It will not only help the kids and teachers but VIPs visiting the public schools.
It might even get the local politicos rave for safely handling the explosives. As smart as they are they could find ways to get the funds- 80/20.
But then if everything is just unreal why even notice anything in the enchanted kingdom. We are just wasting our energies.
