We’d been fighting to honor Ermin Garcia, Sr. on his contribution to his fellow man . . . the Pangasinense.
From such ideas of naming a street in Dagupan to having his bust in place at the plaza besides Jose Rizal.
The piece the resistance……
Having that new highway named after him, is the most appropriate honor to a man who never gave up on the…..TRUTH.
