Why propagate corruption?

This calamity that is happening in the Philippines is both natural and man-made. The damage from natural disaster such as typhoons, flooding, and earthquakes can be minimized, dampened or easily healed if the corruption is MODERATED.
These calamities are very much welcome opportunities of the corrupt just like during the strong earthquake in 1990. Rice shortage, high oil prices are very much welcome by the corrupt. Parang palaging naka-jackpot.
We will see this last two years of GMA that the CORRUPTION to be on OVERDRIVED. Instead of massive and rapid reconstruction of schools, GMA handed the people of the affected provinces with a piece of paper worth 1,000 pesos but they must work for it including those people who are not able to even take care of themselves.
Malaki na namang kurakotan ito, mga kababayan. Sino ang makakaalam kung ilan ang binigyan at ilan ang kukubra ng cash?
This is corruption to the max at the lowest level. The schools reconstruction will be kept secret and will be under emergency procurement to justify the exorbitant bid/cost.
Some OFWs are kindhearted that they are donating school buildings under the DFA’s program.
Why propagate corruption?
