Hello, I’m a friendly person just want to ask if u don’t mind if u are familiar with these 2 persons Mr. Sixto Tulagan and Gabriel Tulagan because it’s the same with your surname.

I’m just curious if he’s your relative and if ever, just confirm plz. It means a lot to me because he’s the long lost friend of my father Ricardo Gacayan Sr.
