We are what we eat!

Many people believe that as we get old, memory is lost slightly. I can’t argue with that.
But it does not apply to all people. Few old people I know, 85 to 95 young, are still driving cars, remembering things as they are.
Life well being depends on the way we live, what we eat, where we live, what we do for living. These could result in negative or positive outlook in our life.
For instance, drinking alcohol, smoking and lots of sugar intake contribute to memory as people get older.
Also, narinig ko, sa isang expert, na ang paggamit din ng ‘VETSIN” sa nilulutong ulam, can affect our memory.
Don’t use also aluminum wares for cooking our food.
Then don’t use aluminum foil and plastic wrap to wrap hot food. Aluminum foils and plastics have chemical components that release some toxic materials when heated.
Here are a few things I learned that can help boost memory.
1) Calamansi juice (vitamin C)
2) Fish
3) Eggs
4) Liver
5) Fruits and vegetablesYes, we are of what we eat.
