What happened to “enchanted kingdom”?

If we are in an enchanted kingdom, then why do we worry about rice and other food stuff? Shouldn’t we just all be enjoying ourselves living in a place where there is abundance of food and happiness?
Instead, we see so much agony and despair not to mention people lining up just to buy a kilo of rice? Are you saying nabola na naman tayo ni reyna mekeni?
How do you size up a country’s leadership and managerial abilities when police authorities, military personnel, NBI agents and the vice president and now church hierarchy being commissioned to oversee distribution of rice?
Kulang na lang pati patay sa mga memorial parks pakiusapan na bantayan ang mga sako ng bigas?
Oh my, something has gone terribly wrong in our country. You must have an awfully thick hide seeing hardship of the people and continue pretending everything smells like roses.
