It’s not the system but the attitude

We do not need to look at it very closely to see the OBVIOUS because in the Philippines everything is very obvious. It is not the difference in the system but the attitude of the people implementing or enforcing the system.
It is the people’s attitude-masyadong garapal, makapal ang mukha ng mga corrupt na namamahala ng gobiyerno. The Filipino people were so complacent, meek and when some of them exercise their rights, they are considered as leftists, terrorists, and bad for the country just like one poster who always think that he is a political analyst from Canada.
The warning of impending “red tide” in Bani is an example of non-enforcement of laws by all the previous and present administrations. Walang silang bayag o kaya ay malaki ang bayad.
Pareho yan sa illegal gambling at illegal drugs. Ito ang tinatawag na “OBVIOUS”. Kitang-kita. One need not look at it very closely or provide evidence for the enforcer to act.
Huwag na tayong magbolahan.
