Looks like Joe de V. . . . . Joe de Vengeful is to his last gasp of a drowning man.

It’s a shame! That the last days of his political life, he’s thrown into the abyss of self destruction.

Him becoming suspicious of his friends who supported him all the way in his political forays.

Disgusting!

The people of Dagupan don’t really believe how much he cares . . . until they know how honest he is.
