Dreaming of the Taiwanese wishes

Neighboring island Taiwan just had an election and the Philippine electorate should take note of the will and wishes of the Taiwanese people and here’s the comment from the victor,…..
“People want a clean a government instead of a corrupt one,” said Ma, also a former justice minister. “They want a good economy, not a sluggish one. They don’t want political feuding. They want peace across the Taiwan Strait. No war.”
I just hope our countrymen will wake up from their dream that “People want a clean a government instead of a corrupt one;” “they want a good economy, not a sluggish one; they don’t want political feuding; they want peace … no war.”
I just hope our (regrettable) politicians will eradicate their disreputable own dream to get rich for themselves and instead consider the people’s dream for the decency and good economy of the country.
