The discussion was about monohull ferry boat that will ply between Alaminos-Dagupan-San Fernando with speed of 25-35 knots.

Obviously you do not understand the requirements of stable high-speed monohaul boats such as the required draft which is not available in most areas where a suitable pier will be located such as along Pantal River.

The stable monohull super aircraft carrier you are talking about is not applicable in the issue under discussion.
