Here we go again with your cynical attitude on other people’s proposal.

Mr. Carrera, you wrote, ……”catamaran type boat is one of those boat types that has the speed and stability”.

However, a majority of naval vessels plying the world’s ocean ferrying expeditionary forces are mono hulled and could reach the speed of more 45 kph and very stable to boot i.e. super aircraft carriers. I am sure you have seen mono hulled US vessels from the distance from your chair.

If you have that much idle ideas and knowledge to share for the benefit of our country please put your foot forward or else give others a chance to shine.

Partnership for the Philippines progress in small or big ways should be our resolution.
