Why not “Pangalatok, Pangalatot, Pangalatik”?

I admire Mr. Sonny Villafinia for his goal in PCAC.

But I really disagree with his proposal to forbid the use of the words “Pangalatok” “Pangalatot” and Pangalatik” I think these words are not derogatory. It depends upon the user. Without the evil intention, then it is not a derogatory word.

Think of the band group in California named “Flip” translated “Funny Little Island People” They became famous because of this acronym. But if this is used in with an evil intention, then it is a derogatory word.

Besides where is the freedom of speech if we can’t use the above words in mass media. We can still burn a flag in America.

Mr Villafinia wants to impose monetary penalty on these derogatory words. I think this is an inappropriate recommendation.
