You should officially invite the governor to visit you and our kabaleyans in Guam. That is exactly what he is waiting for. The governor is open to any suggestions and ideas from people like you.

Guv Spines is a major supporter of TESDA which produces graduates with exceptional skills in vocational courses such as building construction, welding, craftsmanship, etc. Try to contact him.

One thing is for sure, the governor doesn’t have all the answers to the problems. Maybe one (or two) of the regulars in this forum could guide him. I’m sure he doesn’t mind rubbing elbows with people who can provide jobs for his people back home. What do you think?
