Dear MR. Ceralde:

Even here in Guam in spite of the dire need to help the Guam Public School System where my wife retired, I can not, in my good conscience, donate my time, money, and effort for anything because of my perception of corruption.

While the priority is for the children, I sacrifice not to help because if I did, then there is more money that can be squandered by those in power.

Any BALIKBAYAN WHO THINKS THAT THEY ARE HELPING WHEN THEY DONATE ARE DEAD WRONG. Actually they are perpetuating CORRUPTION, period.

If and when corruption is minimized, then that is the time to help. But first, the Filipino people must help themselves by acting now!!!!

STOP CORRUPTION!!!!
