Is Expedita the sister of La Paz?

I was reading Sunday Punch in the internet in our office and suddenly there was this name that I will never forget in my life because she is the sister of my best friend since we were in High School in Orient Colleges in 60’s. My best friend’s name is La Paz Ganaden and she has a sister named Expedita Ganaden.
We have a Local Government Operations Officer Expedita Callanta. Is she the same person? If so, please… please email me so that I can contact her to tell her I’m from Barangay Salapingao East, Dagupan City and I still have a lot of relatives in that island and the barangay captain is my first cousin. Thanks.
