Calasiao’s Solution to Flooding Problem:

Since the great dreamer and traveler’s solution to flooding is to “Explore, Dream and Travel,” and raise the roads “, Calasiao’s approach is too “MEDIEVAL” and is not the modern solution in his engineering dictionary. I suggest that those engineers from the Department of Public Works and Highways working on Calasiao’s flooding problem who did not suggest raising the roads like the city engineer of Dagupan, seek the assistance of the “great dreamer and traveler” in exploring for the modern solution thereby achieving their full potentials.

Iyan ang problema ng mga ilang o pambihirang Pilipino-nakapagtravel lang, masyado ng marunong. Kung gusto nating gumawa ng trabaho ng engineer, kumuha tayo ng tunay na diploma at lisensya (HINDI iyong galing Claro M. Recto), at kung gusto nating managinip, di matulog tayo. At kung hindi natin alam ang pinag-uusapan, better shut up.
