Everything “world class” except…

Schools and Roads Disrepair, Health:
Is the Governor SPIN and his so-called advisers really sincere to address the priorities for the benefit of the people or the priorities for the “chosen SOP beneficiaries”?
Obviously, if the projects are few but large ones like the airports in Alaminos, in Santa Barbara, in Lingayen, and seaports in Sual and Lingayen, the SOP will be large amounts and distribution is limited to only few people unlike schools, roads, and health centers which will spread the SOP to include all the mayors, clowncilors, and barangay thieves.
Maliit ang kita dahil marami ang makikiparte kaya hindi dapat unahin.
Ms. Ric made a posting on this matter which is to prioritize schools first before those grandiose dreams but a world-class dreamer doubt about her comments stating that there should be some money for schools and advise her to check it out.
When these clowns were campaigning, they knew all the problems and solutions. After the election, they knew anything about those same problems until it was brought to their attention.
The news about infrastructures being completed are always described as WORLD-CLASS, but cannot even provide the very basic SCHOOL CLASSROOMS.
If the most basic educational foundation which is the elementary and high schools fails, then we better stop saying that the Philippines is the third largest English speaking nation with a high literacy.
Is that the solution to the national problem of the Philippines in English proficiency, which most economists say is the factor that is making the Philippines LESS ATTRACTIVE to investors? I believe the GMA administration is very satisfied in promoting the Philippines as the greatest supplier of DOMESTIC HELPERs OR LABANDERAs around the world.
Unfortunately, the priority is “PANGUNGURAKOT” and the plan is to make the people illiterate… and it is easy to fool the people (madali ang pangungurakot) and it is happening fast.
Those investigations are just plain and simple “MORO-MORO” or the SOP was not distributed among the thieves.
Parang mga drama sa TV-mangandang mapanood, pero walang laman ang tiyan.
